#1 Mountain biking
Wales is a true paradise for mountain bikers. There are countless beautiful mountain bike routes and trails. From mountains to valleys, Wales is an ideal destination with a wide variety of mountain bike tracks.
In the heart of Snowdonia National Park lies one of the most beautiful mountain bike trails in Wales. In Antur Stiniog you will find no fewer than 14 trails, varying in difficulty from green (easy) to black (difficult). An uplift service is offered in the park. This means that they take you up from the valley, so you don't have to endlessly push your mountain bike uphill to start the trail. Another beautiful area in Snowdonia is Coed y Brenin. Here you can choose from nineteen trails, including an area where you can practice your skills. Useful for beginners!
According to mountain bikers, Afan is one of the best cycling areas in Great Britain. There are six trails, ranging in length from seven to forty kilometers. This means you can go here for both a short route and a day tour. The big advantage of Afan is that the park is close to the M4. This makes it easy to reach.
