You drive to Kampen on a winding dike cycle path through the floodplains of the IJssel. Fishermen, craftsmen and merchants created activity here in the Middle Ages. You can still taste that lively atmosphere in this Hanseatic city with more than 500 monuments. You cycle across the other bank of the IJssel via Zalk back to Zwolle.
