You cycle via the Het Laer estate in Ommen to the beautiful river Regge. You cycle south along the Regge and then turn to Lemele, at the foot of the moraine of the Lemelerberg and the Archemerberg. On the hills, once pushed up by the advancing ice, you have a fantastic view of the varied landscape of the Vechtdal. You cycle through vast heathlands and forests and past drifting sand areas.
